What is the Triangle South Enterprise Center?

Triangle South Enterprise Center is a small business incubator located at 600 South Magnolia Avenue in Dunn, North Carolina. We are the second oldest business incubator in the state. With 18,500 square feet Triangle South Enterprise Center (TSEC) has the space for new and growing business to blossom. TSEC rents office spaces, large and small, at below market rate to help guide small business startups in the area. Flexible lease terms and space arrangements are available to accommodate the needs of each tenant company. Shared support services are available on an optional basis, including free wi-fi, conference room use, mail and package delivery through our business office, as well as on-going relationships with a business counselor at the Small Business Center.

The Small Business Center provides on-site counseling services, seminars, workshops, and other assistance to businesses located in the Triangle South Enterprise Center, Harnett County, and surrounding areas.

The Triangle South Enterprise Center is committed to the success of its tenant companies. It is also committed to the creation of business opportunities and jobs and improving the quality of life in the area.

TSEC is administered by the Dunn Area Committee of 100, Inc. and is assisted by Central Carolina Community College and its Small Business Center.

TSEC is a member of the North Carolina Business Incubation Association (NCBIA)

    Mari-inetta has over twelve years experience owning and operating a small business. She became director of Triangle South Enterprise Center at the end of 2015. Mari-inetta is an alumna from Harnett Central High School, earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from UNC Greensboro, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Career Counseling at North Carolina Central University. She is involved in many volunteer, civic, and social organizations in her community. Mari-inetta is a native of Harnett County and resides in Dunn.
